ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

If you wish your kids to get to the next level or raise them to be a physically competent individual, we offer the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program.

MATURE SPORTSPERSONS
MANAGEMENT

There is no age limit for sports. You can pick up a new sport whenever you feel like it and it’s our job to get you ready for it physically. For mature athletes, we focus on bone health and scientific strength training so that they can continue to enhance their performance without the fear of injury.

WOMEN ATHLETE
MANAGEMENT

Women require a different approach towards management of their sports injuries and fitness due to hormonal and structural differences from their male counterparts. While we have programs for all types of female athletes, we also specifically focus on women looking at maintaining sports fitness through pregnancy or post partum (after delivery).

HIGH - PERFORMANCE CENTRE
FOR FULL TIME ATHLETES

Full time athletes are always pushing the envelope in the search for a competitive edge, which often leads to injuries. Our specialized programs are focused on injury-treatment and prevention, going all the way through to post-recovery performance enhancement.

And that’s just the beginning. We continue to look after the athletes through their entire season, off season and pre season, monitoring their workloads, adapting their training methods and programs to suit the requirement of the sport.
